On Friday night, the package what showing at the warehouse in Mesquite, Texas. They could not provide an answer as to why the package was on the truck for 3 days and not delivered. Again, it was not delivered and on Friday the UPS website was showing the same thing “On truck, delivery by 7 pm.” I called the UPS store and asked what the problem was with delivery. The website stated it would be delivered by 7pm. On Thursday, I checked the UPS website and it stated it was out for delivery again. The next day (Wednesday) I checked the UPS website and it showed the package being out for delivery. I paid and received my tracking number and receipt. I was told by the employee that the package would be delivered the next day. ![]() ![]() I went to my local UPS store, Store #7149, located at 7415 Southwest Pkwy Bldg 6, Ste 500, Austin, Texas on Sept 7th to ship a package to Plano, Texas.
